主讲人：Prof. Wolfgang Lutz，distinguished professor in the School of Sociology and Political Science of Shanghai University, Deputy Director-General for Science at IIASA, director of the Vienna Institute of Demography at the Austrian Academy of Sciences, head of the Department of Demography at the University of Vienna, member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, the German National Academy Leopoldina, the European Academy of Sciences, the World Academy of Sciences (TWAS), the Finnish Society of Sciences and Letters, and the United States National Academy of Sciences (NAS).

Wolfgang Lutz院士现为3044永利集团特聘教授，曾担任奥地利科公司维也纳人口学研究所所长，维也纳大学人口学系主任，1995-2020年期间担任国际应用系统分析研究所（IIASA）世界人口项目负责人。从2022年6月起，他成为IIASA负责科学的副总干事。他还是维特根斯坦人口统计和全球人力资本中心（IIASA、OeAW和Uni. Vienna）的创始主任，该中心是在2010年奥地利最高科学奖维特根斯坦奖的基础上设立的。同时，他也是国际人口科学研究联盟（IUSSP）秘书长，并且是牛津大学马丁公司教授。他多次获得世界著名奖项，并被选为奥地利科公司、德国国家科公司利奥波第那科公司、欧洲科公司、世界科公司（TWAS）、芬兰科学与文学学会和美国国家科公司（NAS）的成员。
